Solidarity is a Verb
One of our favorite things to do is practice liberation in collaboration. We get closer to building the world we want when we work together.
This year that has included collaborations such as launching a zine for allies with Dream Action Oklahoma comrades, hosting a bead and tea for Two Spirit and trans+ liberation with Culture Hub, organizing alongside comrades through Home Base, expanding our understanding alongside our cohort at the Groundwork Project, and now, filming the pilot of a freedom futures narrative project withRadLove while convening with 2STGNC+ leaders from across the movement thanks to the organizing of Transgender Law Center.
And we get to expand our work across community because folks like you invest in our capacity.
This month, Cole asked you to think about solidarity as praxis. And we think investing in cross-collaborative movement work, investing in arts-based organizing, connecting offline in an increasingly online world, all are solidarity in action.
So thank you for practicing solidarity by investing in our work. We couldn’t do it without you.
With Gratitude,
